Terms for using the commerce hub.

Global Payment provides software that connects WooCommerce order workflows with Wise Business payment links and webhook notifications. It does not hold customer funds, provide banking services, or guarantee that Wise will accept or complete a payment.

Merchant responsibilities

• Maintain a verified and eligible Wise Business account.
• Use accurate store, product, currency, and customer information.
• Protect administrator credentials and connected-site secrets.
• Review exceptions before fulfilling an order marked for manual review.
• Comply with applicable consumer, privacy, tax, sanctions, and ecommerce laws.

Availability

Payment timing and availability depend on Wise, banks, networks, WordPress hosting, and internet delivery. The service uses retries and monitoring but cannot promise zero delay or uninterrupted availability.

Global Payment is independent integration software. Wise and WooCommerce are trademarks of their respective owners. Use of the product does not imply endorsement by either company.
