Global Payment processes the information needed to connect stores, create payment sessions, reconcile Wise events, update WooCommerce orders, secure administrator access, and respond to connection requests.

Information processed

• Store, order, amount, currency, return URL, and payment-status data.
• Customer name or email only when supplied by the connected store.
• Administrator account, security, webhook, callback, and audit-log data.
• Details submitted through the connection-review form.

Security and sharing

Banking passwords and card credentials are not collected. Payment is completed on Wise. Data is shared only as required between the connected WooCommerce store, the Global Payment hub, Wise, and infrastructure providers operating the service.

Retention and requests

Operational records are retained as needed for reconciliation, security, troubleshooting, legal obligations, and configured backup periods. Privacy questions or access requests can be submitted through the connection form on the homepage.
